Alberta Bestsellers: September 2021

The Alberta bestseller list for September is dominated by both fiction and non-fiction from Calgary-based publishers Freehand Books and Durvile Publications. Sharon Butala has two books on the list this month, including her just-released essay collection on women and aging, This Strange Visible Air (Freehand); while Stories of Métis Women and The River Troll (Durvile) both make the list following fantastic book launches with Shelf Life Books.

The Alberta Bestseller list is created using national sales data from Bookmanager to rank books published in Alberta.
